About
Hayes Vintners comprises a highly-skilled and experienced team. We have 50+ years of combined experience in grape growing, winemaking, sales and distribution. We are dedicated and meticulous in our respective fields, ready to support you and your business needs.
Our extended team of multi-generational growers provides a further resource and support, overseeing the farming of historic vineyard sites across Barossa Valley, Eden Valley, Coonawarra and the Adelaide Hills.
Our primary vineyards are located in the Barossa Valley, Eden Valley and Adelaide Hills. Many of these sites are planted to very old vines and have been the source of some of the region’s flagship wines over several generations. We also have the ability to source additional fruit from further field, as well as certain finished/aged wines from our own cellar inventory, as required. Volumes produced range from 225 litres to 10,000 litres or more.
Because we operate with a small highly-experienced staff, customers are assured of having direct interaction with the winemaking team. This ensures our customers needs are met accurately when it comes to all aspects of the winemaking contract; from fruit origin through to winemaking practices and ultimately the final flavour/structural profile in bottle.
